There has been a recent signing of a bill into law by Governor Scott making it against the law to text while driving. I believe that this is a very good law and no one should text while they are driving.
As a parent of three teenage boys, I see them constantly on their phones day and night. The young people of today are using their phones as a walking computer and faces are glued to the phones almost hourly. The hand held devices are used for texting, gaming, surfing the net or just talking to their friends by text.
