Hey, I’m Frank Eidson. I got four things you need to do immediately after a car accident in Florida.
Number One:
Get that camera out. Start taking pictures of the car, the driver and the license tag number to call the law.
Number Two:
Get the sheriff there, or the Florida highway patrol. The goal here is that you want to get that negligent driver driving that other car to get a ticket so we can use it in our defense.
Number Three:
Get immediate care with a medical provider. If that means jumping in an ambulance and going to the hospital, that’s all good. Get the medical treatment you need ASAP.
